When you have loved

You have held
And known
What it feels like to be loved

When you lose that love
You feel the pain
You know what you have lost

What has been lost
Can be found
The hurt begs to be healed

With care
That wound will heal
In a way that allows love again

Memories will be there
Recollection of pain
But it will be felt less

With care
You will love again
With time you will heal

I'm not sure about the lack of punctuation or the capital letters at the start of each line but I do admire the poems sentiment and construction. Well done.
