Ryder and Indigo work as partners for an agency who pays them to have targets killed. When Indigo suddenly disappears without any trace and his little brother shows up at Ryder's door, all the man's secrets start to creep to the surface and the family he's striven to keep safe could be in danger.

It all came bubbling up than - disgust. He leaned forward and lost the contents of his stomach. He fell to his knees, hands shaking. He shut his eyes, but all he saw was blood pouring out of that guys face, making him gag again. Cyan rounded the corner and stopped short, his hand still covering his mouth as he stared at Hunter with scared eyes.
“A….are you...okay?” Cyan asked shakily.
“I-i'm fine.” Ryder said weakly, his head hitting the side of the building as nausea hit him. He took deep breaths as he stared at the wall, counting to himself.
“Are you sure, Hunter?” Cyan went to him and put a gentle hand on his shoulder. Ryder shut his eyes the world seeming to spin around him.
“I'm fine.” he said again. Cyan took deep shaky breaths, unsure of what to do. “C...can we go home now?” He asked softly, wrapping his arms around himself, feeling suddenly cold. Ryder stood, using the wall as a support. Once he had his balance he turned to Cyan and nodded.
