One in Four magazine - Help Us Change Minds

As some of you may know, former ABCtales.com editor, Mark Brown, is now the editor of One in Four - a magazine by and for people with mental health difficulties.

We've just launched a campaign to safeguard the future of the magazine. If anyone is supportive of the aims of the magazine and has a spare £25 it would be very much appreciated:

Help us change minds - three steps to saving One in Four magazine

One in Four is the first aspirational lifestyle magazine written by people with mental health difficulties and it needs YOUR help now!

It’s about inspiration, support and hope. People with mental health difficulties can do things for themselves and should never feel pushed to the sidelines of life.

One in Four wants to get advice, support, inspiration and hope to as many people with mental health difficulties as possible. It also wants to change people’s minds about mental health difficulty. Every quarterly issue of the magazine shows people with mental health difficulties making things happen.

2000 individual subscribers will guarantee One in Four can continue to reach thousands more. You can see a copy of the magazine and take the 3 steps to change minds here: http://bit.ly/c639O7

This is something I have done - and I urge any of you who can possibly afford it to do likewise. The magazine itself is a good and interesting read - even for those of us who do not have mental health difficulties. If you can possibly support this initiative then please do so.
I will tell those who go to the Mind group I attend, it affects us and we were discussing something very much along these lines. I feel that there will be great benefit from this.
Also I noticed that the contact address is in the East End, so try the Franciscan Friary on Balaam street, they offer a range of help to all who need it including those with mental health problems.. At any rate Ill be putting out a word or two.
