Cerasus Poetry 2024

Hi ABCtalers, it's been a while.

Since I officially retired, it strangely seems I have less time to get everything done that I would like. That's why you haven't seen much from my alter ego Lille Dante.

Something has to give, so I will be scaling back some aspects of CERASUS.

Future issues of the Magazine will be poetry only and no longer published quarterly.

Cerasus Poetry will close to unsolicited submissions. This will be replaced by a free-to-enter rolling competition for chapbooks instead.

Official announcements to follow. (Poets, get those manuscripts ready.)

Perhaps, at last, I'll finish that damn novel I've been writing since 1972!

Thanks Jack. The thing I find with Poetry is that, once I think I'm beginning to get the hang of it, there's always something new to discover. I'm constantly starting over as a newbie, feeling I don't have a clue. Does that count as a vocation?
