Factory

Take the factory
to be a beach
the reflective jackets
that hang in the warehouse
are for coast-guards
the tiled floor
sand
balls of chewed off sellotape
pebbles
that get in between your toes.

The conveyor belts flow
like waves
and the people that work there
are all fish
in the ocean.
