Amuseing

Not surprising you a muse me
You have a gift for language
have about nine
and if I can't do a bit of Latin
you can
you studied philosophy of course
know about music and poetry
which recordings ,which books
sing like a muscular angel
a winged baritone
a beautiful voice altogether
trained to speak,cozen, and persuade
You collect art and wine
speak disarmingly of duty
head up charities,chair meetings
manage boards
and sometimes
I make you grin and wish
and you slip up and call me love
