DEATH
Blood, mist and foam...Surrounded by the darkness
Of the Ocean of Death, heavy, my eyes wander
Over the waves. All sense gone in prophetic dumbness.
My body thrives with water cold and raging thunder.
My breast that sighs, devoid of heart. My mind asunder,
Reels drowsily in waters dark, drowned by this tempest.
Harsh poison in my veins, from absinthe blunder.
My heart lost, loosing every chain, throbbing. The vilest
Of all the pains, life gone; releasing madness.
Sullen agony that dares to think, through sleep and dreaming.
I wake to all this sense of loss, to all this sadness.
That our breath and kisses seem so far, like water streaming
From a fountain, that closed, it's out of reach. My lips no more
Will drink from your lips, debauch and lust. The taste so haunting
Of devilry, in embraces, leaving our arms so sore.
The sorcery of commitments signed with blood. Forever taunting,
My mind wanders over waves so full...this Ocean magic!
Bathed my soul with black waters cold, weary and lifeless.
Is this ending, blind and lost in place so tragic,
All there is ? I'll last forever in the Abyss...Dark night, void, senseless ...
