He was a pure stud black hair short and swept back with a grouping of small bangs on the left side of his forehead, and yellow shade sitting upon his forehead. He wore a dark, near black deep blue overcoat. Like most of the men in the room he was not wearing a shirt he wore purple jeans and was placed upon the highest Bleacher in the room. He had a an ominous smirk like a man fixing to do a bad thing he had white skin and purple iris's, he had sharp facial feature's. Up until now no one noticed his arrival. 
"My fellow associates meet Craig woods replacement, Assassino AH Jr."

"When did he get here?" asked Nefertiti. 

"A while ago, around the time you guys got here." Alucard replied "he shows promise in my eyes and I believe he should show it to you people as well, and the best way to do that is send him out in the field with someone else I can count one to give me good review."

"So you want me to take an inexperience juvenile such as him and make him challenge a veteran soldier and a hell of powerful man such as Ge'es B. Blackblaze and then in the event he is still alive give you report on what I think?"

"Yes that’s exactly what I want you to do. Besides he's not official until we vote on how good reliable he is in these types of situations."

Every one looked at Assassino then to Yussupov who he was yelling to Yussupov replied "no but if you have the audacity to insult me then come with me child."

"Good" Assassino answered with a grin from ear to ear showing his pleasure.

"Well that’s settled therefore ending our seventh annual yearly convention. Which means everyone but Monster may leave". Alucard said Pleased

"Wait, what!" Monster blurted startled. 

"Yes I need a word with you.” the rest of the Mandarins began to leave Cronus later complimented Alucard on successfully debriefing the issue to the other mandarins and then he later left
AFTERWARDS
"So what did you need me to stay be hind for." asked Monster rather irritated with Alucard "its bad enough having to listen to you in general, now I have to stay behind and listen more."
