City walls.
Vultures and violence.
The Empress of the Night.
The vigil,
enemies fall,
the blast
like thunders of pity
roaring of grief,
at last.
What God has come
to fulfill the prophesy ?
All this men
aligned and queued
waiting expectant
the Osiris rising.
Egyptian night,
stars like tokens,
enigmas,
sphinxes rising to the moon.
We search
for cloistered fountains,
the thirst for truth,
the water of wrath
spilling
from our parched mouths .
Wet bodies lingering
in sinful embrace.
