The Smile of a Sun-Drenched City

Yellow magic smile a thousand days that could have been,
And this hell I write in would not have been realised!
Dizzy inducing smile that I wish I had not seen,
I wander through you in a disorientated
Disarmed day spent dreaming of a thousand nights of Love,
Mad kisses nestled under starry smiles and bright bright eyes
Walking hand in hand in secret, as I watch above,
Only to leave and dwell dour in spent realities.
Living secret memories of an imagined past:
Pain that propels me on to death in desperate fumes!
The smile’s seed of contempt marks the growth of an omen cast,
Magic sweet sight of summer stay! Hate consumes!
