(I really need feed back, and Sorry I am starting from a climax I will go back towards the beginning and explain I just needed to start at the end)
(the Apocalypse was coming so and everyone knew it so many governments joined together to place people under a youthifying sleeping coma for a thousand years. twelve children per each continent spread apart so none would access them easily but the Apocalypse came much later than they had anticipated and the technology before it happened had been advanced enough to create some thing simmalar to magic...)
(the main girl Brittan who was trained to be the engineering specialist and was the first to wake and now she must find the others to help build up the world)

THE DOCTOR
I saw Brittan in the distance; she stood standing on the edge of the cliff. I walk up behind her looking over the vast cut in the earth; the orange brown of the layered walls on the sides of the earth’s wound.
I said after a moment “Isn’t it beautiful?”
She turned her big brown eyes on me and said simply, distantly, as if not here, “I’ve been in this spot before.”
I let that sit for a minute or so, and then proceeded “So you know where we are?” I asked.
“This canyon was very famous in my time, we are in Arizona.” This meant nothing to me except that she had seen this place; she had seen this with others from her age.
She seemed deep in a reminiscing of memories. I thought distracting her may cheer her up, so I made an orangey light come off my finger and traced it in the air in the shape of a gear- Her symbol. However, instead of smiling like usual, she just stared at it deep in thought. And then and only then did I realize she wasn’t looking at the magical symbol.
She was looking past it at a steep path she squinted and whispered “is that really it?”
She ran over to the head of the trail and traced her finger around something,
“What is it?” I asked, curious.
“It is one of the symbols we have been looking for!”
Then she started sprinting down the path. She paused up ahead when had she gotten so fast? She had already walked a good distance away from the camp, so when I finally caught up I asked if we needed to go back and get Red.
She shook her head at this “If we are where I think we are then, no.” I had no idea what she meant, so I just followed her.
Finally, we came across a bridge and then she started running. We came up another few feet.
She came up to a bush (there were more here than you would think looking at the surrounding barren land) and started jumping up and down clapping her hands.
“OHMYGOSH! I found it! I found her! oh I hope she isn’t gone…” she said as she was turning towards me.
Then said “see that groove in the wall?”
I place my hand on what I thought she was talking about.
“Yea, that’s it pull it apart.”
I hesitated and after a few seconds I knew if she was going to kill me she already would have done it. So I pulled and there was a pop an then a suction noise as air flowed out of a chamber.
The room inside was gleaming white - very different from the metallic interior of Brittan’s camber.
“Why does it look so different from yours?” I asked.
“The rooms we are kept in reflect the personality of the person kept there.” She replied.
“So you are cold and dark?” I asked,
“Oh shut up,” she laughed punching me in the arm.
Finally after two rooms we came up to her she had long curly hair that had a very fiery orange color, with freckles kind of like Brittan’s, she was also quite a bit older than Brittan but I didn’t say anything. I spotted a chime similar to the bell and saw the inscription was the same. I was about to tap it when Brittan caught my wrist.
“Something’s wrong,” she whispered.
She walked over to the medical computers and started working on them as quickly as she could. After what felt like forever, she got up and walked over to a shelf and got out a needle and a liquid. She filled up the clear cylinder with it.
“I have to give her a shot, find a vein in her elbow; you know what a vein is right? They’re the blue ones.” She explained.
She tossed me a wet paper and told me to wipe it on the skin above the vein, and then she walked over and stuck the needle through her skin. This part I had to look away at I could stand dead bodies and fights, but when it came to treating things get me away. But when I turned back the liquid was gone. “What did you do to her?” I asked. “I made it so she would be able to survive this…” unstrapped the girl’s limbs and put a liquid in the bag that had a plastic tube running towards a wrap attached to her other elbow. Why I didn’t notice these things when Brittan was under I don’t know.
She looked at me and smiled a weak smile and I realized she was shaking.
“Cross your fingers.” She said hopefully.
We stood there for half an hour “If it hasn’t worked by now it won’t,”
With that she started crying her shoulders shook and I pulled her in my arms. Yet this time she did not fight.
“What was her name?” I asked trying to sooth her.
“Anna… she was medical.” she replied solemnly.

(the POV is from a boy named Jake Phem he is one of the few that have the ability still to control the "magic" and he finds Brittan in a cave in the mountains and wakes her...)
