she sobbed, angrily.
“I know plenty

care.” Please

stop.
“The
other
two aren’t
yours anyway.”
She yelled scathingly.
“I’ve always felt nothing
but contempt
for you.”

Liked the two sides of the argument - visuals like that can be really effective. Sad content, it starts off feeling light and ends with a real kick in the face.

Real-seeming and I like your
Real-seeming and I like your use of layout, Josh. It makes me feel that both characters are young and yet the woman could be well into her forties and the man could be even older. Uses the right number of words too.
