It's probably his teeth. Have you tried teething granules?
God, he's such a wee boy isn't he? He looks just like you. He's gorgeous! He's not really like either of you. He'll only sleep through the night if you're feeding him formula. You're feeding him formula? I BFE'd. My God, don't you know?! Breastfed exclusively. My nipples were destroyed and leaked for months, let me see yours. As long as your baby's happy and healthy, that's all that matters. It's just the baby blues, it happens to everyone.God, he's such a wee boy isn't he? A proper boy. Have you got him in a routine yet? If he's asleep, wake him up and feed him and he'll definitely sleep better. Those first few weeks are the worst, you feel like such an alien. How are you without sleep? I was fine. It's just whatever gets you through. Try anything. If he's happy, you're happy. He hasn't got any teeth yet. Put some make up on, make an effort cos you'll feel much better. Is he sleeping through? Mine didn't until he was four. It gets easier.Try not to shout. No, evenings are no good, sorry. Are you still in your maternity clothes? I was out of mine after three weeks. You just look exactly the same. When you put him down, make sure he's not fully asleep. He needs to learn to self soothe. Don't pander to his every need. Never leave a crying baby. Why are you bathing him every day? Work a bath into his daily routine. He needs to wynd down before bedtime. Mine slept right through the night from day one. Do you think you should go and talk to someone? Mother's who had morphine during the birth are far more likely to give birth to a baby who may become a drug addict.
It's probably his teeth. Look at his rosy cheeks.
As soon as I saw the teeth, my milk dried up. You've no idea how lucky you are. It's just the hormones. You have to sleep when he's sleeping. Having three isn't that hard; they can enetertain each other. Try expressing, it really works but you turn into a cow. You'll go back to your old figure in no time. I can see you've lost weight around your middle. You have skinny legs and carry your weight in other places. The stretch marks will fade to gray. I still have mine. Yes it was traumatic but that was then and this is now; he's fine.I can't believe how big he's got. He's quite wee for his age. Don't complain about being tired to a new parent. You get used to the lack of sleep, eh? I swear, yoga got me through. Don't think about solids yet because he has to be sitting up first. He'll get there. So when's number two on the way? Only children tend to have a sense of entitlement. The second birth is fine, you know what's going on. The weight will fall off, just wait. Never put him to sleep on his tummy. They sleep best on their front. I couldn't even hold my belly in after my first was born. I don't know how single parents do it. I can definitely see a difference in your belly. He's only got a tiny bit of room left in that suit, it's getting a bit snug. He's so close to walking! Mine walked at ten months.
It's probably his teeth. Have you felt for them?
Why can't you do evenings? Just put him to bed earlier. Have you tried putting him to bed later? Nothing will prepare you for the solid nappies. He's fine, stop fussing. You'll find your strength. After a while, it won't be so terrifying. I didn't have time to be depressed. Have you tried exercising? He's happy so don't worry. He's just spreading his wings. He wants to play with the teddy, give him the teddy. I've had two, I know what I'm talking about. You let him watch the telly? Everyone's different. He's so like you. You'll have to fold the buggy up, love. You'll get there. I had to pace the streets at night to get mine to go to sleep. You should wear your hair down more. You must make time for each other. You have to make time to exercise. Have you tried baby massage? We could go to the child friendly place that's five minutes away? No, I don't like it there.
It's probably his teeth. Try singing to him.
No one tells you just how barbaric giving birth is. You've been so selfless. Are you still breastfeeding him? I'll only feed them organic food. You should only cook from fresh. Why are you still sterilising? I didn't realise you were back at work, that was really soon. You'll enjoy a break from him. Get some time for yourself. I lost the baby weight really quickly. Have you tried vitamin D? Maybe it's because you haven't had any sunshine. ARE YOU NOT WALKING YET, WEE MAN?! Your belly's definitely going down.Your body is angry at the trauma it's gone through.
It's probably his teeth. They always come in around now.
Look at that gummy smile! She's gorgeous. He. I'm so sorry,I just thought he was a girl cos he's got such beautiful eyes. You have to put someone's needs before your own. I just got on with it, I had no choice. They grow so quickly! He's so cute. Your eyes look heavy. Sometimes you just need to leave them in a safe place and breath. Any thoughts about baby number two?
It's probably his teeth. He never cries like this.
He has exactly the same face as you. You look tired. Are you getting enough to eat? Is number two on the way soon? Your body's not your own. You never crawled so don't worry. He's in to everything. The car seat can't be forward facing until they're at least two.
It's probably his teeth. He's never off his food.
You're biologically angry. It's best to have the next one sooner so you don't forget how to do it. You'll be too tired for a sex life. I see a real difference in your figure.
It's probably his teeth.

Oh this brought a smile to my face. This should be printed on a leaflet and given to all new parents with advice to just ignore it all and hum a tune when it occurs. My own worst one doesn't appear in your piece, 'I think it's her nipples, they're very flat.'
