A kindness, a thank you, a thought for another,
Treating any other as your sister and brother.
We’re in this together but governed by fools,
Who spout out mixed messages and keep changing the rules.
For all the keyworkers please stay in your home,
Do yoga, eat biscuits, call mates on your phone.
Stay safe and stay healthy, reach out when you need to,
Remember out here there's someone to hear you.
