The hidden painting

This is hopefully going to be a book where a lady, Cindy, finds out that her dying mother hid a family heirloom in her estranged fathers house when she left him over thirty years ago. I hope to take the reader on a journey to see if she finds the valuable painting, not knowing who now lives in the house or what they are like!
