Hamstrings snap

His biceps are bobbing 

to the sound of foreign languages 

Calves start throbbing 

at the mention of the Brussels 

He hasn’t got a racist bone in his body

He’s just got some xenophobic muscles

He’s so angry about injustice

Can’t stop crying when he watches the news

Always seeks out the root causes

and invariably finds the Jews

He froths at the mouth about 

bankers and lizards

Sweats about smears

that have left you deluded

Face blacked up for the office party

because poor satan's not supported enough

So you better shut up - to protect his free speech
