There was once a silver spoon that was part of the silverware of rich and wealthy family. It fed many a royal mouth and was proud to be of service to such an esteemed family. It fed the mouth of a babe that became as wealthy and successful as his forebears. It fed the mouth of man which was eventually accused and convicted of first-degree murder. It fed the mouth of a young boy that was to one day become a gray and wise old man. A man not of wealth and power, but of reason and peace. One day, many generations later, the spoon contemplated all the mouths of the babes and young men he had fed. Some were good, some were evil. What could the meaning of all this be, he thought to himself. Then he realized that he was only a silver and stately tool as long as he was placed in the hands of the right man, and in the hands of a fool he would be worth nothing, even if he was made of gold. Crowns were only made for true Kings.
