Stars twinkle in their sockets
sprinkle strobe dust through seams
a romantic milieu gilds my dreams,
but only the reflection of your eyes
sparkles in my dilated lens. You
pare the jealous star glint, then
your flaming shield, with cat-like
laser pierces my blipping shadow
As silver moonbeams enfilade,
a sterling candle shimmers our
flanks, glowing window pane encases,
but only the pallid contours of your face
flicker above my eye's awning, as the
waxy streams melt around our feet,
eclipsed by the meteoric pulses
seething in your lurid, charcoal eyes
Planets align in their orbits
a metallic band crowns our love,
a radiant force field our chemistry
to bond, tugging at my libido,
but only the shock waves from
your alluring eyes create enough
friction to draw my wavering
compass to your throbbing pole
