Dear Mr Westminster,

As a tax paying law abiding citisen of this countary I feel it is my
duty to bring the following to your attention.
I have reasantly noticed that a number of schops in the area are
selling 'Incest Sticks'.
Now I cant imagine what sort of people wood buy thease things but they
do seem quite popular. They have clear instructions on them on how to
light the end and how the aromer fills the room, then what God only
nows.
I think that it is imorrale for our government to allow these schops to
carry on selling these tools of the Devil.
I will be the thirst to admit that I didn't have much of an education
when I left scool but at least I do now write from rong.
