I lost my WORDS

I wish to describe this

Colour of sunset to you

I wish to explain this

Solitary walk to you.





I wish to hear your

Stories of yesterdays

I wish to read your

Thoughts through your eyes.





I walk and walk

Keeping all stories in my heart.

Waiting for the day

To present you

With a huge bundle of words.





But this walk is taking too long

I get heavy of words

I take a deep breath

And take a rest

To resume the walk again.





I walk through days and nights

Through fields and hills

Only to realize at the end

That I was walking

The wrong path.





I stand straight with heavy heart

And Empty eyes

And let loose my words

Into the vast sand of an unknown desert

And let them vanish

Forever and ever.
