Solitary drinking

It is the best form
Of alcohol consumption
For when my friends say they've had enough
And that I've had too much
I still carry on
With just myself.

Even with the Mistress around 
To dictate that 'You should not drink no more'

Yet, I rejected such request
And continued the way I am

Before I speak out my true, honest thoughts:

"I am what I am. Please don't change it"
