Wind the color of silence
blew the golden wax from my ears
alone on a cold mountain top I held on
to a glaciers worth of silver tears
having climbed through the darkest clouds
over long bitter roads and countless blue years
behold orange fire of the Sun
igniting tawny courage while melting away clinging fears
I do not leap to crimson death
but instead climb to a higher tier
