Someday memories

It snowed the other day flakes like memories melted on my skin and then flowed away leaving a sensation of what had been

Sitting down upon a boulder I watched as a blanket enveloped the land taking what is and making it once more what was and I remembered again

Another time another place other feelings,as they had been then,revisited me as the present disappeared beneath a gentle shroud

How strange that today should sleep and fade away from view as in a cloud taking me to a place that no longer was for a short while

Though i wished to stay the beauty the peace the change so sweet were but a glimpse of the eternal peace that awaits

Now I have returned the snow is gone away the veil lifted I know it shall return forever with a warm embrace ,someday
