Tragic Nougat

At some point I hoarded nougat

It was gorgeous, soft and its bitesize pieces 

confined in little pieces of wafer.

I found it yesterday when I cleared out a cupboard

hidden under another box

I searched for shelf life and couldnt find it

So in the bin it goes.

That is tragic. I like nougat. That's what happens to food hoards eventually. Luckily or unluckily whichever way you want to look at it, toilet paper doesn't have a use by date so the panic buyers will be ok with that. I bought onions today incidentally to make your soup so thanks for the idea. Enjoyed your out of date nougat, though sorry for your loss too! :)

I have ordered a small portion of soft nougat. The very odd thing is how to "clean" packages.The virus is supposed  to live  on on packages. When I eventually get a supermarket order how will I clean the packages? dettox spray the lot of it.?

I think the whole supermarket thing is all very tricky. Yes, detox it all! And then do something meditative. I might have to now after discussing it! :)

Turkish delight is great but if you want to win a girl's heart it is halva it always works. Getting me into trouble here.
