The Rest of the night went surprisingly joyful, Aqua being her usual self casually flirting with Azur, Mav annoying the very existence of his brother on which Ephiri joined and Brey actually had a great comeback, though only once through the night. Enjoying the meat, drinks and sharing stories about what happened today, no one mentioned anything about the Lion or what Azur was going to do, the only real bummer of the entire thing after Azur arrived was that there was a downpour and when the Brothers had to go home, both drunk refused but they were convinced later and departed anyway through the Rain.
Azur was tired enough after them to let Aquara stay. Ephi cleaned as much as she could and almost fell asleep on the floor. Contrary to what was expected, Aqua did not sneaked into Azur’s room and woke up earlier then the two ‘Royal members of Alexandrite’.
Azur arrived at the hall and the next six days went smoothly. An urgent message arrived on the seventh; it was from Aquila.
Aquila’s message was somewhat disconcerting, it was a letter not him in person, it was expected to take him from 4 to 6 days to get to the Nest, and what was written on it: “We’ll Look into it soon” in the same way Azur’s letter was sent, in ‘invisible’ ink.
“(While it is possible for him to get there in 3 days, he’ll be too tired to return the day after and his companions don’t have that much endurance, did the Nest send a messenger? if they did, they sure are fast)”
The letter arrived early in the morning, in the afternoon another urgent message reached Azur who was sitting on the hall, from a heavy breathing Rekzot.
“Azur! Something is coming to the village!”
“What do you mean by ‘Something’?!”
“We don’t know, the animals and the Earthlings ran away as soon as they heard it stomping”
While they were arguing, a shadow arrived to Azur’s side, one of the older ones.
“Chieftessss, thiss creature iss dangeroussss, I wassn’t able to ssee much of it ssssince it tried to attack me”
“What you got for us?!” Azur was getting angry.
“It was big and really pale, almost completely white”
“Could it be?” Rekzot asked both of them.
“I don’t know but for now, battle stations! I want every soldier available on guard and everyone else safe, got it?!”
The General and the Shadow answered with a “Got It”, while it lacked grace, they didn’t have that much time.
“V, get Suxuq, Mavlov and Brey, tell them to be fully equipped, GO!!!”
“On my way!”
“Aqua go get ready!” Azur said to someone who was near but not in the hall itself.
“I’m going!”
“(Whatever it is I'm stopping it by all means necessary!!!)”
Azur took the Trident of Alexandrite and walked out of the hall.
-The Krygnym (V.2)
The Krygnym’s torso and head look a lot like humans', but are way taller in average, their waist has reptilian tail which is far thinner on females, limbs about twice as thick of those humans, not to mention they are a way different color from their torso. An example is be that while their torso skin could be white, their limbs could be Blue, Purple and the like; their hair is usually the same color as the limbs. Sharp claws and shark teeth, slightly pointy ears and noses.
Afterword:
Hello and thanks for reading this chapter, from here on out the real focus of the ‘book’ starts, it took me a little while to upload this part since it has been pouring INSIDE my house for about 2 or 3 weeks, but now is fine... I hope. Anyway, in addition to this chapter I also have the third part of “Different Dimension Love” in the making since it looks like a lot of people liked it, hope your read and/or like them both.
if you’re a little confused as to why the sudden change on the Krygnym’s appearance is not really a definite change, I just thought about an ‘easier’ way of imagining them since I figured It’ll be a little difficult without imagery.
So, in a sense you could say that BOTH of these appearances are ‘canon’ and you can just go with any of those two (Just keep in mind that their behavior is exactly the same genetically and socially.)
Any questions, critique and tips are welcomed, thanks again for reading.
