I'm so sad, endless it feels,
My love has broke my heart,
I love her, shes gone cold,
Where can I find peace?

Will we recover?
Will she love me again?
Our hearts are bound together,
At least mine to hers.

I've made many mistakes,
It's the way I am,

I feel I let her down,

I think it's hurt her too.

Money, uncertainty, it's rattled our brains,
Now i'm relishing change,

When we met we held hands,
We smiled and laughed,
Then family life took over,
We got split in half.

I become anxious,
Too many feelings she could not cope,
I tried to talk and talk,
But gave little hope.

Now she needs to think,
To have time away,
From the struggle of our life,
While I want to stay.
