I stopped looking hard and started looking lightly;
Missed so much; how much?
I don’t know.
A Pollock doesn’t know how much it’s flown
nor a crow how far it’s swum...
Pollock don’t fly? How far have you been through the Atlantic?
Those rules don’t apply
when past a certain point,
Because the instructions didn’t arrive, ya see,
We’re just going to have to not abide.
I’m living in the corner of my mind;
Plenty of space to roam about,
I’ll enjoy consigning it to the dustbin.
There’s a fat bonus in the mail and a line as long as my tie,
As well as a blowjob, waiting for me in the car...
I’ll stay in the corner,
It’ll soon rot and drop off
and then I’ll be fine.

I'm speechless
I'm not sure why you define this as a poem. which is harsh. and is what others have said to me. Its honest, sure, yet it misses the mark for poetry for me.
maisie Guess what? I'm still alive!
