How do you bring people who want a TOUGH FOREIGN POLICY AND HIGH MILITARY EXPENDITURE together in the same Party, behind the same ticket as someone who DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF THE UKRAINE WAR at all, and doesn’t necessarily care about the conflict between Israel and Palestine, either way, people who don’t think the United States should be involved in foreign wars or spend money on them? You make promises to all of them, but keep it vague; make it clear that you intend to preserve uncertainty so opponents won’t know what you intend and you can surprise them!

Mrs Muggins second son was thinking of changing his surname to Trump!

Perhaps he would be able to share some of El Presidente’s kudos and glory.

Is it America’s Manifest Destiny to crash and burn,

as the flames wash over the Hollywood Boulevard, and the Oscars are delayed.

Oh no, Muggins is listening to Bob Dylan again, and he’s getting all poetic and cryptic.

The most optimized exaggerated 21^st Century Schizoid Man is now squarely back upon his throne,

but will he stay upon it for the rest of his life,

or concede gracefully eventually.

Will he get to rule forever, or will a billionaire puppeteer take and hold the reigns of power when he’s gone?

Will they fight for his favours when he’s gone?

Inauguration like a hot air balloon.

America’s going up in smoke,

Not just Los Angeles Fires,

But Republican firestorms erasing Democrats, and all they have achieved.

Change the country as fast as possible,

So there can be no return of liberalism , or kindness, or openness!

For it is Money which really holds the balance of power,

who talks louder than common sense.

Will America once again become a beacon for the poor and disenfranchised of the world?

Or will it be the centre of repression, personal and imperial,

client favours and victimization, monopolies and takeovers, stifling competition yet further?

The restoration of racial dominance, of monetary servitude!?
