He could see a boy sat on his garden wall. The boy had a basin haircut, NHS glasses and a podgy face. He wore a sticky looking shirt, green and yellow striped tie and short grey trousers.

The boy looked at him.

It was his younger self.

The old man smiled.

"The old man smiled" very mysterious. Makes the reader curious. The rating also.

Apparently, in the time that elapses between childhood and old age every one of our cells has been replaced.

I certainly feel different nowadays!

Also 90% of the matter of your body circulates & is completely replaced in 5 years. Not so sure about the numbers but it's scary. It would mean that in 5 years you won't be the same person? Also, once you weighed 25kg.

The boy on your garden wall sounds very interesting. And very odd if I may say. Hope you feel better now.
