One of the greenhouse gases responsible for global warming (so it is said) is carbon dioxide.

Human beings exhale carbon dioxide with every breath.

There are 8 billion human beings on the planet.

Science predicts that the earth cannot sustain human life beyond 9 billion souls.

God works in mysterious ways.

When buying electric cars and blocking roads, don't forget to stop breathing too.*

Yes I hear they are very expensive and the batteries are a great deal more dangerous than CO2. My question is, what will we do with the batteries? Cell phone batteries are bad enough already.

Thanks for your comments Tom. 

Global warming seems to be a fact now, but I tend to think regular geothermal changes within the earth have more to do with this than human behaviour over such a short period.

Ice ages, deserts and tropical rainforests have all appeared in this part of the earth before - well in advance of industrialisation.

If we have much effect at all, it really could be our carbon dioxide producing numbers.

And what do we do about that....

Yes and mass extinctions infimite far past also is a fact. Many people feel like you, including me, but breathing as a cause sounds a bit too much. And planting trees would easily reverse that process.
