She craved his attention like a spoilt child
And she couldn't help but physically ache
If she didn't hear from him.
She knew it was ridiculous
But the cravings wouldn't pass
And they just kept getting stronger.
His presence was her form of a junkies heroin
And she just kept getting more wasted and sicker
The more she used him.
Whenever she saw him her internal tremors subsided
And she could finally breathe again
But until that moment she didn't know she was suffocating.
