“We can’t keep a student like him here,” Said Principal Wexley. “If child protective services find out we have a minor attending our school who is homeless we’ll have major issues on our hands.”
Coach Seffer just crossed his arms and shook his head. “That’s a pathetic excuse and you know Dave. This boy has been putting himself through high school with the help of no one, and not only that he excels in school and is the star of the football team. I-“
The principal stood quickly, and pointed a finger in the coaches face. “Exactly, that’s the only reason you care if he stays at this school or not. He’s your precious star, and star or not I’m telling you. That boy can not attend here without some kind of guardian.” Then the principal sat in his chair and spun it away from the Coaches piercing gaze. “Besides if you actually cared about the boy you’d take him in or-“
Before Principal Wexley could even finish his sentence the coach had already slammed the door behind him. Right outside the door sitting and waiting patiently sat Alexander. The coach walked over and kneeled in front of him. Once they were face to face he said.
“ Hey bud. So I got some good new and bad news which one you want first?” Having already heard everything Alexander knew what the coach was about to say so he just shrugged. Then the coach gave Alexander a weary looking smile and said.
“Well Principal Dickhead says you can’t attend here without a guardian anymore, buuuut he gave me an idea… Alexander Grace, how would you like to come live with me?” At first he couldn’t believe what he was hearing, and It took everything Alexander had not to scream out in joy. He had felt as if no one wanted him his entire lif. His emotions began to boil over, and all he could do was shake his head yes. As soon as he answered the coach pulled him in tight and then Alexander began to cry.
“Don’t worry about anything else,” said Coach. “I’ll take care of everything.”
Alexander has a family once, but it wasn’t much of one. From birth Alexander’s dad seemed to loathe him. No matter how hard Alexander tried and how much he succeeded it was never enough to win over his father, and from as far back as he can remember his parents had always been alcoholics. His mom tried to protect him when she was sober, but when she was drunk she was worse than his dad saying and doing things that should never be done to a child, but even through all this Alexander always had something special about him. It seemed like no matter what came his way he never let anything get him down. He would always keep his head up no matter what, and eventually his dad noticed this and began doing worse and worse things to him just trying to break his spirit like his had been broken so many years ago, but nothing worked. Then finally Alexander’s dad had, had enough and one night after he had been drinking and yelling at Alexander he decided to pick a fight with Alexander, but Alexander didn’t want to fight his dad. He just wanted his dads approval, and it was at this moment when his emotions were running hot and heavy that he heard something. A voice.
“Why do you seek this disgusting pigs approval. He’s done nothing, but mistreat you.” The voice was deep and emanated from deep within Alexander. Before Alexander could figure out what was going on his dad went to tackle him, but Alexander caught himself pushed his dad off of him, Then Alexander pushed him again to get him away from him, but right as he did he felt strength surge through his muscles in an explosive force. The push sent his dad flying and he went through the wall and slid out into the yard. Alexander stared down at his in disbelief, but again before he could really catch his breath he needed to leave, and soon. So he packed a small bag of things and walked out the door. He hadn’t seen his parents since that day nor heard that voice or felt that same power.

I like the way in which you unfold the story here. A bit of an edit needed but worth doing if you can. Looking forward to more!
