Who’s That Knocking !
A shattered soul lies trembling.
Frenzied, run from fear.
Coal-black solitude she seeks;
Yet No balm comes soothing.
The blinding flash of horror
Awful lightening shows.
Piercing truth that will not die.
For she died tonight.
Yet flesh lives on
Searing through her thoughts
Like a dark avenging scimitar.
Innocence was sacrificed tonight.
Who’s that knocking!
Sweet-smelling Satan
Come to crush the petals
Once again?
A flower of youth
Withered by the black son that seeks her.

Someone hurt very badly.
Someone hurt very badly. 'Sweet-smelling Satan Come to crush the petals Once again?'
is very telling. Like a wolf in sheep's clothing? Rhiannon
