Without a Reason
Alone in my own abandonment. I break through the fabric of retirement.
She, alone, she. Not a victim behind the veil of many lobotomies.
I was not your enemy.
Break this force inside of me.
Beautiful strength, power of epiphanies, man the engine that strives for meaning.
In a meaningless void, a hole. Blackened by the wonder of it all.
I am better than you, but you don’t want to see.
They Watch This Picture
unfolding like illusions upon the barren wall
that the soldier bears
in every crux of his time
will you crucify your minds
to bend the steel
of God's arch?
we were once the warriors
now even we despise all the dust
and pain entrapped
but we're all kind of insane
and this goes to everyone
with a soul left to fight!
I never knew such a fixture, such an epic depicter, than our museum's curator.
Behind a veil of plasticine, this comical glue blends the benign with the understood,
that we know better than we should.
Taking down the fabric of time,
we seek to shine where the darkness binds us in illuminated repression.
To hell with answers, we're ambling toward the reason we have not, one better solution we had forgot.
Loving ourselves
above all else.
we must find some reason
to remember
before we lost our wills
to false freedoms.
