I knew I was right,
just needed to hear it,
have it confirmed,
'cos I didn't believe it.

why didn't I see it,
If I'd pushed for the truth,
and I'm sure to have gotten it.

yet they still misused me,
twisting the truth,
they all but abused me.

that I just needed help,

From the crappy mess of life,
