DARKNESS

Dark! It's dark all over.

The echoes of my wail

Imprisoned in this dark exile.

The red tinge of my veil

Cast shadows on this prison walls.

The prison of my soul.

Open the doors,the mighty gates !

I'm off to seek my goal!

I passed the columns,

circled snakes.

The immensity of these things.

The vultures bent to see me pass,

Spreading wondrous wings.

Let loose the Chaos, black and deep

With flames of amethyst.

Cold fire of the Depths resist,

Hidden in veils of mist.

It's dark! it's dark, black well

of waters bringing fears,

To all the scattered souls, that lost,

Wash their regrets in tears.
