Tree blooms- dawn winter crows and
Two magpies singing.

Kitchen light on lawn.
Above stars. On clover leaf
Autumn raindrop gleams.

Light-grey umbrella
Walking in April showers
On two small child legs.

Chill dawn. Thin cloud gleams
Gold to pink where blue now pales
Venus and the moon.

Autumn wind sways pines.
Beyond streetlights in darkness-
Low roar of the waves.

On a grey streetlight's top, two
Magpies fluff and preen.

A red double hybiscus-
