Murder's fear

The drip of blood from the hand destroyed;
The howl of pain from body torn asunder;
The look on the face of torturer annoyed;
No secrets revealed at the bodies blunder;
The dark slice of Deaths doom and render.
The body passes on, moves up and away.
A lost soul, return to sender.
A dark moment created this day.
Families and friends lost to him;
Forcefully taken, unwillingly passed.
His life snuffed out at evil's whim;
Everything gone, at his breaths last.
The suffering of one, felt by many.
Revenge sought and dealt upon the reaper.
A life for a life, pound for a penny.
Good moves Evil, makes it a sleeper.
Burn the suffering and banish it away;
Rise above the evil you battle.
Cast it down and disallow it's stay.
Do not be herded into it's fear like cattle.
Resent the murder placed in your heart;
Remove the evil lurking in your soul;
Take the sting of pain, spike of a dart.
Blink and breathe, remain whole.
