Forever Neverland

All children, except one, grow up. My story starts with a character, like most stories, and in my story he is a man called Phillip. He's funny and he's lazy, and has a big belly like santa that wobbles when he laughs. He also really loves Peter Pan, it's his favourite book and film, it has been ever since the accident.
Philip Peterson thinks he is Peter Pan. "It's most unusual" said the doctor, puzzled "there is rather severe brain damage after he suffered a subdural hematoma, because of his age, the subdural space in his brain had weakened, leaving him much more vunerable, the only clear indication of his current mental condition in his outside appearence is his acute disorientation, he for some reason believes he is currently in Neverland, from the Peter Pan novels". I couldn't really understand what he meant, but I think he means that Philip is broken in his head.
Philip loves his granddaughter, he thinks she's Tinkerbell, the beautiful golden fairy that Peter protects in his grandfather clock. Philip lifts her up high and she giggles loudly, he thinks they're flying and it's really nice to watch because they're having lots of fun together.

Philip's wife, Elaine, who loves him very much, sometimes cares for him when his nurse is not around. I see her cry sometimes, and it makes me sad, but she can't see me and can't be brave, I miss her.
"Elaine?". Philip is awake and remembers, he sometimes does this, I don't know why, but I think It's the real Philip trying to get out, trying to come back. Elaine got really excited again, like before, and hoped that he'd come back, she wanted him to wake up. I saw her kiss him on the lips, and for the first time, he kissed back.
"I love you Philip" said Elaine, she whispered it into his ear and he softened, he seemed so calm, like his old self. He then whispered something back, too quiet for me or Elaine to hear... "Sorry?" she asked, and I moved closer, invisible. He let his jaw fall and he breathed heavily, "Tiger Lily".
A smile broadened on his face and a large tear trickled from Elaine's eye, she turned away in despair and grief, his illness was hard for her to cope with.
A volcano of emotion burst out from Philip. "THAT'S NOT HOW IT ENDS!", Philip was up and shouting, he looked real mad. "Wha- Philip, what do you-?" Philip punched her in the face hard and she fell onto the bed. I hid in the cupboard and started crying, this had been horrible for me before. A zip noise, a scream, and the noise of the bed screaming in horror, everything here was exactly as it was before, it didn't get easier the second time.
"Twinkle, twinkle, little star, how I wonder what you are" I began to sing, but I couldn't block out Elaine's painful crying.
"Up above the world so high, like a diamond in the sky", another scream, like she was joining in on the tune.
"Twinkle twinkle little-" another scream, and two heavy thuds. Elaine's sobbing lessened to a whimper and could I hear her fall to her knees. I don't know how much time passed before she opened the door to where I was hiding. She couldn't see me and beside me she placed a beautiful clock, covered in sticky red stuff like jam or jelly. "how I wonder what you are", I still sang, I don't want to be here anymore, I don't want to watch, or remember, what I did.
