Try and relax.

Do not think about what’s in that urn.

Do not allow yourself to wonder what it is you’re doing.

You are a weatherman

who can’t allow himself to acknowledge

that he is standing in front of a blue screen

waving his arms in the air

talking about isobars

to strangers in their homes

eating their tea.

If you allow that thought to enter your head

you will not be able to deal with things.

Just stay focused.

Think about the weather.
