Larry And The Land Of Dreams

Somewhere between nowhere and beyond is the maker of dreams who has built a castle on a cloud where he waits for those, he has chose to come visit with a ticket to fly through the sky to the land of dreams . High above the ground where dreams are found the maker of dreams sits on his enchanted throne talking on the royal telephone to people, he doesn’t know who live far below on the Earth .

As he speaks, without them even knowing , he is planting seeds of peace , love and hope .with his magical voice in their imagination .  

He picks many people to talk to but only few are chosen to come visit .

Inside a small shanty by Rosebank River lived Little Larry Loughlin who was being rocked to sleep in his Mother’s Arms  . His father was out on a boat fishing with the other man of the town . Just on the verse of drifting off to sleep the maker of dreams called Little Larry .

“Close your eyes now for I am coming to take you away to a place called never ever forever land where magical things happen to people like you “

Little Larry floated away in a dream out the window up in the sky to a castle on a cloud where the King sat on his throne upon a sailboat . Larry was welcomed on  board the sailboat by a walrus with a whistle who welcomed everyone as they came on board the sailboat .There was an octopus with wings that6 landed on the deck , beside   a giraffe who had a funny laugh . There was a monkey with long stretchy arms who held on  to a donkey with jumpy legs and a stuttering bird that came fluttering by with a word that wouldn’t come out without a stammer and a shout but eventually did .  Little Larry stood there surrounded by other children who all looked happy to be there .

“The King stood up from his throne and said ,

“Worry not friends from the Kingdom of dreams . We are all here in one place  together again  . What a wonderful thing it is to children of the universe , creatures of the dreamtime all living members of the mystery of creation “

The donkeys with jumpy legs leapt up in the air making hee haw sounds while the  monkeys stretched their arms up high and grabbed the ships masts and started to swing and sing funny sounds . The giraffes laughed and the children cheered until the walrus with the whistled for order to return “

The King and Captain of the ship took command of the ship and with both hands on the wheel he summoned the winds to come and take the ship across the sky on an adventure to never ever forever land .    

“Let’s go now all of us , to wherever the winds will take us , on the adventure beyond our wildest dreams  “

The winds arrived from every direction lifting the ship through the sky and Larry watched rainbows falling down into golden streams below on the ground .  Flying fish flew through the sky chased by fishermen who raced on footsteps across the clouds with nets in their hands for the ones that got away . The sailboat continued its journey through the tunnels of time towards the eternal light of never ever forever land . As they sailed through the chambers of echoes, they heard the secret sounds of life that existed before time began as well as the sounds of things to come in the afterlife in places far beyond the end of time . All of this happened in the blink of an eye just before the sailboat came the edge of eternity where ethereal energy and celestial light combined making an ocean of spiralling colours that drew the sailboat into never ever forever land where it splashed down on the golden waters of a lake .

Music was rising from the lake and horses were flying through the sky . Mermaids swam all around the ship and wooden rafts floated over on bubbles that brought everyone from the ship for a picnic on the grass . Everyone in never ever forever land was young and all the animals spoke with a different tongue but could be understood by everyone . People everywhere were enjoying themselves , playing games , having picnics , walking and talking together like one big family .

A soft gentle breeze fragrantly blew across and lifted Larry up into the air , onwards and upwards it cradled him to the top of a mountain where he was left outside a castle . He was greeted by the keeper of the castle . Larry was no longer a child but a man now dressed in armour like a knight . He went inside the castle grounds and climbed up the steps of a tower to door . On the other side of the door, he fell down into an inland lake within the mountain . Once his body hit the water he was transformed into a huge fish  and he swam to the shore where he leapt out from the water and took the form of a bird , He flew beyond the lake upwards to a light above that shone , then from within the light two hands reached out and captured him in flight . The hands transformed the bird into a small and carried him to a large hall filled with people from every country of the earth . A voice called out for everyone to hear and said ,

“Everyone please welcome a child of the universe ” :

Thunderous applause filled the hall .

‘The child was taken by the pair of hands to a stage where the child was asked to make a speech :

“I have been brought here today for the first time to see this place called never ever forever land . I know everything that is has already been and everyone here I have already seen somewhere in time where I’ve already been “

Everyone began to applaud and scream . Music played and a large screen appeared from above and started to show a movie of events and had happened before in never ever forever land . The entire movie was seen in a split second and everything made complete sense . There were strange creatures and machines , animated scenes with three dimensional shapes , he saw the beginning of life on earth to the end of days and the life here after . As he stood there  in that great hall in a place where everyone and everything was already known two hands lifted him and carried him to a light and left him gently on the ground where the sailboat was waiting to take everyone back to where they had come from .

As everyone stood on the deck the Captain and King called upon the winds to come and take them away . The entire crew stood in wonder as the sailboat was swept away on a breeze to an ocean of colours that swirled around them like rainbows to an opening on the edge of eternity with the celestial light of the universe before them , across the universe the sailboat made its way back to where they had begun their journey .

Larry awoke in his mothers arms to a new day inside a small shanty by the river .
