The minister was so boring half the people were snoring
and In the pews they were ignoring
instead of worshipping and adoring
so tell me where is the good news
if all the people in the pews are in need of a faith restoring .

Outside the wind came roaring
in came the holy spirit
outpouring gifts of tongues adoring ,
they were dancing on the flooring
and the whole church was imploring
and laying down before him in new ways of praise .

Oh adore him and praise him always .
Lets go exploring new ways of praise
Giving him praise , now and always
To the end of time praise him always
In new ways of praise .
