Everyone present heard them say

“ Oh look what crawled out of the sewer and came for breakfast “

The words had daggers that were cruelly sent towards a small group of indigenous people who were sitting in the corner of a five star hotel .

Other guests were present in the bistro and overheard the comment but never spoke up . The perpetrator was part of well dressed men who were being well taken care of by hotel staff . Sitting alone at a table was

a famous international singer who was performing at a concert in the city . He watched with concern as the hotel staff also never addressed the verbal insults that were spoken . The abuse was unacceptable and was directed towards the group of indigenous people in the corner . The celebrity carefully took out his mobile phone and recorded what was going on .

One of the well dressed men purposely dropped some food from his plate on to the floor and turned to the indigenous group and asked one of them to come and clean

up the mess on the floor .

Now around the bistro , the room went silent .

The visiting celebrity made his way over to the man with the smart mouth and smashed his fist on the table almost breaking it in half .

“ I never thought racist pigs like you were allowed out in public .“

The abusive guy froze and had no response .

“ Why don’t you mi your own business . This has got nothing to do with you “

The celebrity made one phone call and in a very short time a large number of his private armed security team descended upon the bistro . The offenders were removed without question .

The celebrity was applauded by a large group of people in the bistro got his intervention .

After all CCTV footage was checked a long list of of charges were made against the perpetrators of the incident .

The celebrity asked to speak to the manager of the hotel and vented out his feelings about the hotel staff who stood by and did nothing to address the racist comments from the group of yuppies in the bistro . The manager of the hotel made an apology however the celebrity started he would never again be returning to that hotel ever again .

The group of indigenous people were connected to a literacy organisation who had come from many different countries for an international fundraising forum to build and promote indigenous writers and encourage an awareness of the difficulties indigenous people have to face living in their tribal outback areas .

The visiting celebrity was invited to the gathering by the tribunal council elders who would be in the city for another week .

The tribunal council elected him as the first white member of their council .

The singer graciously accepted their offer and after his concert was finished he made an attendance to the gathering .

The celebrity also offered a large donation to assist the cause of the indigenous writers .

The yuppies who were arrested faced court and were made to pay damages and compensation to the indigenous group who graciously accepted their apology after the court case .

The media launched into a frenzy over the case and the famous celebrity made a statement about those who were accountable for what had happened .

As a result the celebrity increased a wider audience base and the cause of the indigenous writers was heard all over the world which triggered a live concert where famous musicians promised to perform for free to raise funds to assist all indigenous writers groups with their publication and promotion .
