The Prisoner Of Time
By Paul McCann
After the great war in heaven ,a third of the angels who had rebelled were cast out with Satan for their part in the war . There was also a small number of others who were cast out of heaven because they took no side in the war . These supernatural beings were set into a place between heaven and hell as a punishment for not joining the angels of heaven in the war . Some of these supernatural beings are known as fairies . One of their leaders known as Keyahaun was locked up in a cell on the outer realms of heaven , where limbo had once occupied before purgatory was discovered . Keyahaun was in the process of being forgiven for his part in the betrayal of innocence during the war and cast out from heaven for a time to be a prisoner of infinite time watching how life of earth was progressing .
He was not allowed to interfere in anyway or try to change the laws of nature , He had to only observe . Now and then Keyahaun was permitted to leave the cell and step outside his prison to observe life on earth , For him that was like a living hell with no place to hide from the other supernatural beings there who were able to interfere and make changes for good and bad .
Keyahaun often wanted to make up for the wrongs he had done and show that he could be trusted but that was his punishment for rebelling against God who created heaven and earth and all of the realms in between .
He was allowed to stay young looking even though he was really old in human years His story has never been told .because it doesn’t belong in the history book of eternity because he betrayed innocence and yet forgiveness was not refused for what he did , He was still in the process of finding favour with God again . So, there he had to wait for the day until justice would come his way again , temporarily banished as a prisoner of time . No one ever heard his prayers and anguish , no one could ever hear the apologies he was trying to say . There was no way to get out unless the highest power in heaven permitted that to happen . When he was released from his cell Keyahaun wandered around the earth observing all the things of that given moment in time before he had to return to his cell . His time was not material time his time was spiritual time . He could see living things dying before his eyes.
In his cell he often cried out ,
“Is anybody there ? Does anybody care ? “
But no one ever answered .
He never knew who set him free from his cell , it was just opened up for him to wander around the earth .He walked and he talked with the human race in staggered pockets of time that had been allocated for him to interact in a material time frame . Talking for him with people was always sweet . He could never tell them who he really was , he could never help anyone with the needs they may have . As an observer he was free to go anywhere he chose to . In another time frame he watched rivers run dry and mountains crumble to the ground . .
In this world the prisoner of time was not enchained or in pain , he was not frightened or scared , he had none of the emotions or feelings that humans have . He was still a supernatural being however not free to make changes at his discretion .
To other humans he looked the same, all skin and bone .
He could see the light of sun and the moon changing in seconds flowers bloom in sequence as rainbows appeared in the sky . The colours of life reflected a glimpse of heaven and the seasons of life passed by in brief passages of time . He observed roses in garden that soon were covered in snow , he saw rivers in the desert arrive and flow , he heard love stories that always needed to be told and he saw the winds blow trees that fell and seas that rose and floods as well .
He saw the past , present and he was even allowed to see what the future held in store for the days that would come .
He heard the laughter of children and the crying of the sad and lonely .
He sat people celebrate special times and saw the wars that came leaving death and destruction in that time .
He could only observe and wait for forgiveness so he could return to heaven again .
The End
