After losing everyone he loved Dave wife made an exit and disappeared from life keeping to himself and remaining in the world but not attached  to people.

 

Having no one but himself in the world to worry about he went exploring on his bike . 

Walking on his own , talking to himself he found himself ion a journey through another world he never knew existed . 

He slowly began to find a reason to carry on and believe that he could be loved again .
