When it all goes wrong

Today I got dumped,

Through a text,

I hung my head

Totally perplexed.

We had talked at two,

And then at twenty past,

Her whole demeanour

Changed, It was that fast.

People walk all over me,

They’ve been doing it for years,

I picked myself up,

And wiped away the tears.

I’m no pushover!

I am strong!

I’ll show her

When it all goes wrong!

I hop in the car,

And get to her location,

I take out a gun,

And demand communication!

My ego bruised,

She needs to pay!

‘I’m sorry ok!’

Is all she can say.

Hands on your head,

Knees on the floor,

I’m not taking,

This shit anymore!

I look down the barrel,

Of my shot gun,

Pointed at her head

Then scream to her, ‘run!’

She stumbles as she leaves

And as she gets to the door

I change my mind, BANG!

She is with us no more!
