The snow fairy flutters her icy wings
Cold Winters Lace
Lazily falls down from the winter sky
Laughing she twirls as winter swirls
The snow Fairys are out to play
Can you find them in winter's dance?

Hi there, Nikki;-)
I very much enjoyed this. A small point though. You don't need the apostrophe in 'The snow fairys are out to play', as it is plural, but you do need one in 'winter's dance' because it is possessive.
Your poem paints a very pleasant winter's scene.
