I can paddle or swim,

I can take the risk and go too deep

I can build my own castle,
Or bury myself,
all day,

I build the world as I want, my mind mapped in sand

But it will never last?

The heat that you kick out is dangerous
Wanting the warmth
Heats comfort, heat heals
But I'm sure I'll get burned

Addictive sweet sugar
should I lick it
I love the temptation
I want u, but I fear I'll get hooked

I'm on holiday ' warm, sensuous sea
I want freedom to swim
I long to dive down deep
Swim with my heart
But I am not a strong swimmer, I fear I might drown

I'm on holiday ' sizziling, steaming sand
Castle? I long to build a whole kingdom with you!
But will this sand cement?

I want to run across the beach and jump into your arms
Leave my dreams and join reality
But how do I know this is not sinking sand?
Everything that flies has to land
