I feel you there
Built big, broad.
A warm snoring mass in the dark
Labyrinth of your sheets.
My fingers search you out and
I’m hanging,
Like rope on an oak tree,
To every utterance.
Do what you want.
Cut me like a knife through butter baby,
Your face like a moon:
Glimpsed through low eyelids.
Shapes shift in the dark,
You open and unfold me;
Swallow me up;
Spit me back out.
Do what you want.
A scratch against my thigh;
Neck snaps back.
Unfamiliar territory.
Is this what love should feel like?
I offer myself to you.
My love,
Do what you want:
You make me feel beautiful.
