A Storm at Sea

The sea was rising and falling
The winds were going mad
The waves below were calling
I knew that would only turn out bad
The winds were going mad
I feared I would leave my exquisite ship
I knew that would only turn out bad
That was when the sails got a rip
I feared I would leave my exquisite ship
The sea salt was in my eyes
That was when the sails got a rip
And a massive wave began to rise
The sea salt was in my eyes
I had to work to control the helm
And a massive wave began to rise
If I die, I hope I will go to the upper realm
But I refuse to die a watery death
The waves below were calling
Tomorrow I might not draw breath
The sea was rising and falling

Parallax. A really good job,
Parallax.
A really good job, you have made this your own poetry and I get your voice loud and clear. I can see that you are ten and your mum and dad (or whoever looks after you) should be proud.
I look forward to more form your pen.
